INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of fresh asparagus, trimmed
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1-2 tbsp The Pickled Wife’s dukkah (or more, to taste)
METHOD:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Toss the asparagus in olive oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Place asparagus on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until tender with a slight char.
Transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle generously with dukkah. Serve warm and enjoy!
