From a single hive in 2016 to around 500 operational hives, Mikey and Allexa Cernotta have grown Pemberton Honey into a thriving WA honey business. Producing distinctive monofloral honeys and an expanding range of beeswax products, the couple share their passion for bees, forests and food through their products and visitor experiences, while Mikey advocates for the future of Western Australia’s beekeeping industry.
