GENUINELY SOUTHERN FORESTS APPLE, ROSELLA & MINT MOCKTAIL


Serves 3


INGREDIENTS Ice

½ apple, sliced thinly

330ml New Leaf Sparkling Apple Juice

60ml Rosella Mint and Lemon cordial, Paddock 2 Produce

330ml mineral water

9 leaves fresh mint torn

1 lime, cut into wedges


METHOD

Place ice and fruit in a 1 litre jug.

Pour over the remaining ingredients and gently stir with a long spoon.

Add fresh mint.

To serve, pour into iced glasses then squeeze and drop a lime wedge into each glass.
