Join us for a Truffle Kerfuffle exclusive behind-the-scenes food and farm tour to unearth and taste the much-coveted Southern Forests black truffle on a visit to one of the region's famed trufferies. Watch the dogs in action as they sniff out the aromatic black-gold and sample the earthy flavours. To begin the tour and whet the palate, we'll visit a nearby pasture-raised pork farm for a rustic agriculture experience to learn about this unique operation and taste the result of their labours. Finish the tour off with a tasting of stunning Southern Forests wines in a scenic cellar-door.
